The very best of luck to Cian, Andy and Chris who are racing the famous Alpe d'Huez long distance triathlon tomorrow which is a challenging 2km swim, 115km bike finishing at the top of the Alpe d'Huez climb at about 2000m then a wonderful high altitude 1/2 marathon.
