    Best of luck to everyone racing this weekend 2 tough triathlons – Jailbreak National Series in Cork, hopefully the weather will be good as ye swim from Spike Island to Cobh and the 70.3 DL hills and more hills.

    For any first times doing 70.3 enjoy the experience especially the finishing shute – the training is done so just go out and enjoy the experience.
    The support crews will be out shouting you all on so give it socks…. GO team WTC.
