if your using a heart rate monitor then ride in Zone 2 with odd small effort on hills in Zone 3.
be sensible now and you will build your base over the next 2 months... then with some high end intervals (as per the wednesday night turbo sessions) you will start the season fresh and ready to kick ass....
keep knocking lumps outta each other now and you'll start the season tired, injured or knackered!
