For anyone who is thinking of buying a turbo, the article below gives a good overview of the different types. Having looked on wiggle prices seem to range from €130 to €1,200 :huh:

A friend that cycles with Bray Wheelers pointed me towards a turbo on special in www.rosebikes.de last year. It is very similar to the €200 unit in Halfrauds but cost €70 to the door from Germania.

There is an extensive list of online retailers on the Boards.ie thread linked below but do ask your local bike shop face to face too. Often deals to be had.
