I'm bringing my runners tonight to do a bit of a run off the bike. It seems to be a great opportunity to get some practice running off the bike particularly when you have been cycling at such intensity in the TT, just like in a real race.
I'll give it a go anyway, but will probably spin the legs for 2/300m after the TT finish before donning the runners.
I had to turn back at Kilmac on the way down on the bike this evening, the wind was way too gusty to be able to just get down to Ashford safely. Drat! Another key training session bites the dust. I think I'll go the poo instead.
