Folks, as the tri-season rolls to an end over the coming weeks, every year a few of us turn to the trails for some fun and unstructured bike training.

This year is no different. There will be a group heading mountain biking every Sunday at 10am - usually from Ashford unless otherwise specified.

we also ride Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7pm, but you will need lights.

Sunday routes will be more endurance training, distance and not overly technical, mid week will be more technical enduro type trails.

we'll also be looking to arrange a weekend away - 1st weekend in October... most likely Ballyhoura.

If you are interested in the above just tag along at the time above, and put yer names down below if you're interested in the weekend away in BallyH as we'll need to know numbers for accomodation.

if there are enough newbies interested, i'll gladly arrange a few beginners MTB spins... just shout!

Jamie
