Hi guys

Aidan Hammond and his coaches will be joining the club spin again on Saturday May 6th. This will be our final formal coached session ahead of the summer and they'll be focusing on helping you to become better on the hills. The guys have a wealth of knowledge and I know that loads of members have picked up helpful training & racing tips from attending Aidan's sessions this year, so we'd highly recommend that you head along to the spin at 10am that morning.

We'll still be posting routes over the summer, however there'll be no coaching guidelines included, in terms of heart rate percentages, duration of efforts, etc. as a lot of people are either tapering or recovering once race season starts.
