Hi All,
For those interested the following was our amended cycle for group 3 today
www.mapmyride.com/routes/view/1346356024
It was nearly 2k longer and 100m more elevation so well done.

Well done to Karen and Julie for coming along ... and moving up to G3.
There are a few cyclists in group 2 who should seriously think of moving up to group 3 ...
It's not that much faster or longer and a good few of group 2 are more than capable
Well done all today.
Owen

Hi all,
Tomorrow is due to be a cold one with highs of 5/6 degrees so if group 3/4 especially the early group is concerned about descending the Shay Elliot into Greenan (ice maybe) I've posted an alternative route(and map) below you can decide in the morning...
Ashford - Miltown Lane - Gleneally- Rathdrum - Larragh - Roundwood - Kilmacanogue - Kilpeddar - Eden Gate - Kilcoole - Newcastle - rathnew - Ashford.
www.mapmyride.com/routes/view/1362626512
Same distance as other route 200m less climbing
