Just as the names are almost all ladies I should point out that this is for everybody! All set for Saturday, food is organised and Colm loaned me a bike service stand.

Hi All,
Ahead of tomorrow's lunch & learn I have put a list of topics and points together roughly in the order I hope to cover these. Don't be put off by the long list, 99% of this is done on a bike with the tools, spares and methods so it is far more practical than it may appear on paper!
