Hi Gary,
Looking forward to the session tomorrow:-) Just wondering what time it starts at 12:30/13:00?
Also is it better to join the 9 am (Group 4) group cycle to ensure I am back in plenty of time for this session?
Thanks, Edwina

Hi Edwina.
Yes, we will try to get going by 13:00 if we possibly can, Saturday is a busy day for most.

The New to try group are normally back well before then and also group 2. Go with the group you are most comfortable with but aim to get back by 13:00 if you can.

See you tomorrow.

Garry

Hey Gary

Probably a stupid question but I'm assuming all this is being shown on one central bike and we need to then go home and practice on our own bikes?

Its just I may not make the club spin before the talk so wondering if I need to bring my bike down or not...

Thanks....
