Hi Members,
Just to let you know that Bike Interval training starts back this Wed 10th April at 6.30pm at the Cullenmore bends, Ashford. Park at Applegreen station off the N11. This is training for all levels, we would encourage everyone to give it a try.
Then, the Time Trials will start on 1st May for 6 weeks. More details on that nearer the time.

A good turn out for the first bike interval training of 2019. Only 2 more so come and give it a go next week. The riders were split into groups of 3 or 4 of similar level. intervals were done with each person taking the lead for 30 secs during the first half of a 4.5 k loop. 5 sets were done. The recovery was the return leg. It's good training and a bit of fun. Hope to see more of you next week.
