Wow really really enjoyed that spin today.... I've never been down to Tinahely on a spin before.....not sure I'll being going back anytime soon :ohmy: I was not expecting that climb out of Aughrim....Thanks to Owen for getting us all home

The view from Glenmalure this morning! Not sure Shay Elliott will be passable in the morning for the cycle??? Which, of course I would be devastated about.... ;)

forecast is for rain for the next 24 hours. roads are already flooded.

may be dodgy for cycling anywhere tomorrow. lets all head for Annies for 10 sessions on her Turbo and some pancakes and fruit....

Yep so expert I fell off the bike outside chesters last weekend! I think it would be safer all around to he's to Annie for pancakes! I'll avoid the turbo in vase I have an "avalanche Annie" style fall from it too!
