Much more intense now and will get everyone ready for the
first main events to end of May.
The weekend spins should get shorter, hillier if they want but steady and
just hard on the hills only, steady for the rest of spin.


Group 1: New to Tri (Rose Leith)

Distance - 55K
Group spin 3 hours steady at 70-80% HR.
3 X 5 mins during spin med gear at 85% HR.
1 X 3 mins near end of spin med gear at 90% HR.

Weather: Saturday will be cold again with temperatures just 6 to 8 degrees once again in the afternoon but the winds are likely to be light and from a variable direction. There'll be frequent showers during the day, some of which may turn wintry.
