Just looking for a small bit of advice.

I am entering a Duathlon in work at the end of the month. The distances are small, a 2.5K run, 10K Cycle followed by a 2.5K run. As the cycle is only 10K, should I change my pedals to “normal” pedals and just wear runners for the entire race?
