Hi all,
We are having a talk on National series this Friday 26th in Shoreline Greystones at 7pm.
To tie in with this, I will be there to discuss how you can take part in the National series races, while training for longer distances, such as half and full distance Ironman.
Also, for those who have an idea of stepping up to longer distances over the next couple of years. I will go through some of the basic things you may need to consider before you commit.
If we can have some of the experienced Ironman athletes attend, that would be great.
Between all the members, and multiple Ironman finishers, we have over 150 IM races successfully completed, so we should be able to have some experience in the room.
I'm looking forward to seeing loads of members at this evening. Experience not necessary. A great chance for members of all levels, experienced and newbies.
Don't be shy:cheer:

I can't attend as I'm working the night shift but I'd love to know what was said if anyone will be taking notes!
