Fast & Furious and mostly wet.
Great turnout from WTCers including the King Noelie, Mark, Kevin, John, Liam D, Barry, Niall, Damo, Siobhan, Fiona, Louise, John B, Rob and probably a few others that I can't remember.

Here we go again! For the uninitiated a BB is a Big Brick. In this instance a Bike Run Bike.

This Sunday 20th January @ 12noon - Irish Mountain Running Association (IMRA) - Howth Winter League Run (5k) www.imra.ie/events/view/id/1016/ with a cycle from and back to Bray (very flat cycle until you get to Howth where there is an absolutely savage hill up to the race start at the GAA Grounds leaving a lactic legacy in the legs!) I reckon we will need to leave Bray about 10am. Will finalise arrangements at weekend.

Mick Heatley and John Connaughan are up for it.

For those new to IMRA see www.imra.ie/beginners/
If you want to race you will have to join IMRA and then pay for each race.

HOW DO I JOIN THE IRISH MOUNTAIN RUNNING ASSOCIATION?
By turning up at a race and signing a registration form. Registration lasts for a calendar year. There is a €10 annual registration fee (€5 for juniors & OAPs). It is possible to download a copy of the registration form. Fill it up in advance and bring it along to your first.

WHAT IS THE FEE TO DO A RACE?
Race fees are €7 with reduced entry of €4 for juniors & OAPs.

Might give this IMRA event a miss due to weather
Maybe Ticknock the following week might be a better option
Looks like Djouce or even the Murragh tomorrow
Good luck to those who venture North
