Ok guys who is a round this Sunday morning for a long run happy to start in Greystones at the top end of South Beach (so can perhaps have a dip after to cool the legs) and then some cake ;-)

Open to other suggestions

And time say around 9am

Hi all

Looks like I have a couple of runners for Sunday so just confirming run details.

Meeting at the small Dart car park at the north end of south beach at 9am.
This is a easy long run to bray and back (18km) with an optional loop of greystones which brings the distance up to 21km.

Debs, I know I said I was keen but my heel is still acting up so I will skip this week. Shane
