Hi All

Myself and Rozanne are planning a gentle run on the Wicklow Way tomorrow morning and a few other may join in. This is going to be an out and back route so perfect for anyone who wants to try out some hill running. The run will be from the SallyGap road to Oldbridge and back.

The plan is to meet up at 9:45 at the Kilmacanogue roundabout (beside the Avery) and car pool from there.

All welcome

I suggest you all head to Shangannagh for your run. Third tray of cinnamon buns just out of the oven for the Junior Tri-ATHLETES duathelon. Holy God they smell good!

Thanks to Debs and the gang for my debut mountain trail. I did a shorter 7km "flat" ish route through the forest....very different to road running..softer ground and much nicer scenery.
So for those of you tempted to do some trail runs (you know who you are!) but are put off my the longer distance ....this is a great option..see you next Sunday B)

Must try to get to this session this weekend- I'm hoping to finally do some of the IMRA Winter League (someone needs to come last after all!), if anyone else was thinking about it we could possibly arrange a carpool from AK Bray or something?

The Ticknock race is the 2nd of Feb so there's still loads of time to arrange details
