Thank you Noel for the amusing and constructive session! Many great tips and hinters. I like the idea of technique training and endurance rather then sprints and hurling. Sounds like my cup of tea!

great session last night... in the howling gales of the murrough!

Drills, Drills and more Drills..... i even found my glutes for a few minutes... although they must be still in the bed today, as i'm struggling to walk!

good turnout, must have been 15-20 there.... i kinda lost count as i was frantically trying to not look like Michael Flatley!

Great turnout last night. I think a lot of people will have discovered some new muscles!

:woohoo: Tonights session will be an interval session of 5mins-4mins-3mins-4mins-5mins all off 2 minute recoveries. :sick:

We'll stay in the carpark in case the weather gets bad.
