Hi All

As the Club Training race is on this weekend the Sunday run will be from Shoreline Greystones after the race at 10:30ish, depending on the weather we might either head up to Altidore, the Cliff walk or just potter round Greystone's followed as always by coffee.

All Welcome

Hi All

Due to the nasty forecast for tomorrow we are going back to our old favourite Djouce. There is a group (Darren, Davey and Mark) who are heading out for a long run leaving the carpark at 9am and then there is the normal run leaving the car park at 10am. As always we shall head for coffee afterwards which is now the driving factor behind the Sunday runs ;-)

Hi All

This Sunday a few of us are doing a recce of stage 3 of the Wicklow Way relay, so meeting at the top entrance into Ballinastoe woods on the Sally gap road up from Roundwood. The car park is just past the very steep climb over lough Tay (on the left) and is a forest road on the right hand side. This is an out and back around 12-14km and as always will be followed by coffee.

All welcome
