Hi all.

This Sunday we are going local so it's Altidore meeting at the Grove pub in Willowgrove which is just on the far side of the N11 from the top of the Farenkelly road. Meeting at 10am as usual and James has promised some open mountain so god knows where we will end up. Coffee as always after.

All welcome.

Hi All

The run this weekend is one of my favourites even though its a bit of a trek down to Laragh. So meeting 10am at Lynahams in Laragh to run from there along the green path and then over the Spinx and down the miners village, the run should be around 14km with one big climb but lots of great views.

All Welcome

Checkout the attached photo of this Sundays Run over the stunning Glendalough.

PS can anyone explain simply how you actually upload photos rather than attach them??
