Hi All

As the weather is looking good for Sunday were are going to go for a nice long slow but very scenic run over what is called the Ridge Run which is from Laragh over to Derrybawn and Mullacor, the total distance is about 20km but it will be taken at a very easy pace. So if you fancy a nice run in the hills please come along but I suggest everyone bring water and a gel or two. Meeting in Lynahm's in Laragh at 10am.

Hi All

This Sunday we are going to take a slightly easier route than last week and run the Avonmore Way. The run will be around 18-20km out and back route. The run will include some road sections but also lovely river sections as well. Meeting at 10am in Trooperstown Carpark (down at the river), Tooperstown is about 3km before Laragh on the left hand side of the road and where the mountain rescue centre is based.

All Welcome and as always there will be coffee and scones after.
