Have to agree with the others, these are brilliant sessions, really tough and challenging but do prepare you for racing. I'm over the sunburn now but my legs still feel heavy this morning. Looking forward to the next one
Ok guys, it's Jan 1st so that means it's time to put those New Year Resolutions into practice. Our coached running track sessions with Eamonn Tilley are back for 2018, with the first one kicking off this Sunday (Jan 7th) at 10am at the athletics track beside Go Gym in Greystones. All sessions last for approx 1 hour and all running abilities are welcome.
If you spent 2017 complaining about your running times, then you know what you have to do to change that!!!
The current list of track dates for 2018 are as follows. All sessions commence at 10am.
