Eamonn Tilley is unavailable to coach the run this Tuesday evening (May 22nd), so it will be a self-guided run for you this week.
He has recommended the following:
- Group A (Fastest Group): 60 minute loop around Greystones, with 30 second sprints & 3 minutes off x 12 sets
- Groups B & C (the less fast groups): 45 minute loop around the town, with 20 second sprints & 3 minutes off x 7 sets
