No excuses,dodgy bodies of equipment, big brother will be watchin u all in dunmore east to keep it fair. Best of luck to u all. hill into the town may be neutralised due to roadworks so the demon decenders better be careful :sick: !

great race today, really enjoyed it, perfect weather conditions. 5th lady home, how to get to that podium? Swim a lot more, bike harder, run faster, give up the beer, tough winter ahead :)

Well done to all the wtc members, well impressed with Jim racing with a dodgy wrist, and he still comes out of the water ahead of me:) Also Dave G with his "doggy" knee, going great on the run!

paul Mahon had to give it a miss due to his back, hope you recover for London! And John Connaghan had a mechanical on the bike so had to pull out but as he said "Sprints are a waste of time" ;)

Few age group prizes, Anne mc, Lisa b, Simon M, me, possibly Jim

bring on Kenmare!
