Thanks guys. I shall die happy! Rotten luck on John C on the bike though. He would have "walked" the age group only for his mechanical problem.

Deirdre, you flew past me on the run. You're getting closer and closer to the promised land aka the podium. Tough luck on Paul. Hope you are ok for London. Fingers crossed.

Well done everyone else too. Great racing and results.

Lovely race except for that brainless marshal in transition. Grrrrrrr.

Well done everyone, tough luck on John and Paul.
And especially well done to Dave :)
Who knew Dave, that all you had to do was "doggy" style racing

Well done and well deserved

Folks
After making the trip to Dunmore East, registering and racking my bike I had to pull out after doing something to my back when I went to the car to get ready. I really was in a bad way and would like to thank Simon, Tom, Darren, Karen and Ann Bowes and everyone else for sorting everything out to get my gear out of transition and me back on the road to Dublin. WTC emergency services were brilliant. I managed to get home okay but couldn't move for the rest of the day. A bit better today after a trip to Clinic and plenty of pain killers. 2 weeks to London so it all depends on progress over the next few days. Fingers crossed.
Thanks
Paul
