Hi All

We're going to try out a new route for the Sunday Mountain Runs this weekend. The route starts in Knocksink Woods, Enniskerry. The route starts on the trails in Knocksink and then after a short road section, into Annicrivy Woods which lead into Curtlestown woods and on up to Prince William Seat. The terrain is mixed including fire road, single track, muddy track, rocky track and a small section of open mountain. Trail running shoes highly recommended for this one. Total distance of about 15km but options to shorten ... or lengthen

Meet at the Knocksink Woods/Educational Centre car park at 10.00am.

All welcome

Thanks Rozanne

It's back to Djouce this Sunday. Meet at the first car park at 10.00. Plenty of options either over Maulin and circling back on the Wicklow Way or continuing down to Crone Woods car park for an extra few km and an extra climb back up! Distance will be around 16km but can be made shorter or longer depending on what people feel like and the weather on the day! All welcome

Hi all

This week by request we are staying very local and heading out early to miss the crowds. So it's a 9am start from the small dart carpark overlooking South Beach in Greystones and we will be running the Cliff walk.

All welcome and as always there will be coffee and chat after.

Hi All

This Sunday we are going to take a spin down to Glendalough, meeting at 10am in the interpretative centre car park (beside the Glendalough arms hotel). The run will be somewhere around 12-14km with one or two little climbs.

All Welcome
