Hi All

If you are looking for your split times in the time trial that was done last night email me. corinnanolan@gmail.com

For anyone that was not there last night.....get your ass in the pool and do your 400mtt haha.

Seriously though if you get a chance please do your 400m it’s not for me it’s for YOU. When we do them again you will see the improvements.

Some we haven't done but feel free to give them a go. - we did this holding a board but as you can see fins is a good too.
