Paul's off the bike (5:26) and on the run. Dom's tracker doesn't seem to be updating...

Unfortunately Dom's race is over...

Unfortunate my day was cut short... I crashed at about 115km. Came down hard, didn't have time to react. Right side is pretty sore from ankle to shoulder especially my hip. No breaks. All road rash. Tried to get back up on bike but hip too sore. Rear hanger of the bike bent into the spokes anyway!! I'm bitterly bitterly disappointed.

Paul is home in a fantastic time of 11:22, a really consistent race and savage bike. Pity about Dom but he will live to race another day.

Enjoy the beers boy's
