The race takes place in Wicklow Town starting with a swim in Wicklow Harbour, an out-and-back cycle down the old N11 and a run along the Port Road and Murrough river.

Route Information
Swim: competitors will swim about 200m along the pier wall to the mouth of the harbour and then complete one loop of a rectangular course, before returning to the harbour.
Bike route: 40km out and back
Run route: 10km run with a rolling out-and-back completed twice before a final flat and fast 2km finish
